PHOTO LIBRARY | Yokohama Official Visitors Guide

Yokohama City Visitors Bureau’s PHOTO LIBRARY offers a tourism professional (travel agency, tour operator, etc.) or a press professional a wide variety of photos for the purpose of promoting tourism and business events in Yokohama. (Travel brochures, Magazines, Newspapers, Website, etc.) Please read and accept the Usage Guide and Terms of Use to apply and download the photos.

Usage Guide

Search: Search for the photos of your choice by area (location), season, theme, or title.
Choose: Click “My basket” icon to add photos to the basket (up to 10 photos), confirm the contents, and click “Request this Content.”
Terms of Use: Read and accept the Terms of Use by clicking “I accept the terms and conditions.
Application Form: Complete the required fields and click “Confirm.”
Confirmation email: You will receive an email to confirm your application.
Download: Within 3 working days after the confirmation email, you will receive an email with the download URL.
Report: Send via email or post a copy of the publication or website which the photos were used.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve applied through website, but haven’t received the confirmation email. How can I download the photos?: The confirmation email is sent out immediately after the application. If it has not arrived, please check the following.

Check your spam box of your email.
Check if your registered email address is correct.
It it’s neither of the above, please email (here) with the registered date and your full name.
Do you have a photo with higher resolution?: No.
Can I use the photos posted on the Yokohama Visitors Guide website?: No, for the sake of the copyrights, the only photos you can use are those posted on the Photo Library.
Can I use the photos which I have applied in the past for a different purpose?: No, please apply again.
